Update - Portal was back online at 29/10/2025 21:19 UTC. Customer accounts signed up with Speechmatics portal between 29/10/2025 15:45 UTC to 29/10/2025 23:45 are still affected. We are continuing to recover these accounts.

Update - Usage Reporting has now recovered and is operating normally.

The Speechmatics Portal is back online. We are still investigating issues affecting new sign-ups since 15:45 UTC.

We will provide further updates once the sign-up issue is resolved.

Update - The Speechmatics Portal is now back online. However, we are still experiencing issues with new sign-ups since 15:45 UTC and are actively working to resolve this.

Usage Reporting remains affected by an ongoing outage. We will provide further updates as soon as the service recovers or we have more information to share.

Update - Portal and Usage Reporting are still experiencing an outage. Azure indicates expected recovery to happen by 23:20 UTC (see https://azure.status.microsoft/en-us/status). We are monitoring and will provide an update as soon as the service recovers or we have any further information.

Update - Realtime SaaS, Batch SaaS and Management Platform APIs remain fully functional following earlier mitigations applied.

Update - Portal is still having an outage, this is affecting account management and job submission functionality via the web user interface. We attempted workarounds for this but they were unsuccessful due to the nature of Azure's outage affecting their AD B2C service which is our identity provider. Azure's latest status update suggests services could begin to recover in 30 minutes.
