We want to let you know about upcoming maintenance to the Speechmatics Batch SaaS.
We are updating database components in the EU1 environment of our Batch SaaS backend.
During the maintenance window, there will be a period of 5 minutes during which some requests to the EU1 environment could take longer than usual to run or could fail with a 504 HTTP response.
If it is important to obtain optimal turnaround times during the maintenance period, we recommend that you use the following environment which will remain fully available during the maintenance window: • EU2 endpoint: eu2.asr.api.speechmatics.com
Alternatively, you can continue to use the EU1 environment as normal during the maintenance window and retry any failed requests after 5 minutes.
