The performance issues in Batch SaaS EU1 has now been mitigated. The service has now been restored to normal operational status.
We will continue to monitor the situation for any changes.

The root cause has been identified and our engineering teams have applied a fix. Between 9:45 UTC to 11:30 UTC a subset of jobs posted to EU1 region were impacted due to this issue.
