Our third party cloud provider will be undergoing maintenance. During the maintenance window, there will be a period of 15 minutes during which some requests to the US2 environment could take longer than usual to run or could fail with a 503 HTTP response.
If it is important to obtain optimal turnaround times during the maintenance period, we recommend that you use the following environment which will remain fully available during the maintenance window: • US1: endpoint us1.asr.api.speechmatics.com
Alternatively, you can continue to use the US2 environment as normal during the maintenance window and retry any failed requests after 15 minutes.
