At 2023-08-29 11:00 UTC we were made aware of a subset of customers being impacted by a transcription accuracy regression.

To reduce any further customer impact we decided to roll back some Batch SaaS changes at 2023-09-01 17:00 UTC. No further issues have been reported since the rollback and we are continuing our investigations into the root cause.

We are actively communicating with affected customers.
