Scheduled maintenance: Batch SaaS — AU database server
When: 26th August 2026 - 15:00 UTC - 16:00 UTC

The AU database server will undergo maintenance during this window. For up to 10 minutes within the window, some requests to au1.asr.api.speechmatics.com may take longer than usual to complete, or may fail with an HTTP 503 or 504 response.

If you need optimal turnaround times during the window, we recommend using other SaaS endpoint instead:
US1 endpoint: us.asr.api.speechmatics.com
EU1 endpoint: eu.asr.api.speechmatics.com

Otherwise, you can continue using AU as normal and retry any failed requests once the maintenance window has passed.
