Between 00:15 AM UTC and 1:30 AM UTC, we detected elevated error rates when processing English language jobs with the enhanced operating point in our Batch Cloud - EU1 environment affecting ~5% of jobs. Our engineering team identified the cause of the issue and worked to resolve this. After 1:30 AM UTC, customers may have seen processing delays for jobs submitted using the English language and the enhanced operating point until 8 AM UTC.

As of 8 AM UTC, this issue has been mitigated and service has now been restored to normal operational status.
